The blend starts with Dong Quai, the ultimate regulator of blood flow, to disperse purple and blue stagnation. We pair it with Cinnamon, a warming catalyst that opens the channels and improves local circulation. Arnica Montana is included to soothe the immediate shock to the tissue. Finally, three resins provide deep healing and fragrant activation to move qi and shen.
